About the Business
Apple Core Support has been started by owner Richard Hayward (pictured left) who is an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT).
Richard became part of the Apple Authorised Service Providers Council for a period where he and 9 other representatives from Apple dealers around the UK met up with the service staff at Apple UK headquarters to discuss how things were going between Apple and the dealers. They even took a trip to the Apple spares site in the Netherlands.
Richard feels that with his Apple accreditation and his years of experience looking after various Mac users from single home users to major corporate customers that he and Apple Core Support can offer an affordable, honest and professional service to all clients.
